EASY 20 MINUTE RECIPE! Impossible Meat Bulgogi
Savory, meaty, and plant-based take on Korean bulgogi. Recipe directly inspired by Damn Delicious' Korean Beef Bulgogi recipe!
- 1 package (12 oz) Impossible Burger
- 1/2 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (sub Sriracha if you can’t find gochujang)
- 1 teaspoon MSG
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 inch knob of ginger, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup rice wine (sub white wine if you don’t have rice wine on hand)
- Scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
