Savory, cheesy, velvety scrambled eggs.


  • 2 large eggs or 7 tablespoons JUST Egg
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan (I like VioLife’s plant-based parm)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chinese chili flakes (available in Chinese markets)
  • butter (I like Melt Organic’s plant-based butter)
